Project by: Tina Rich
Location: SoHo — New York, New York
We here at the Apartment Therapy Media offices fancy ourselves cool, calm and collected New Yorkers, but that all flew out the window when we heard none other than Karlie Kloss would be setting up shop in our building. Once we got a peek at her incredible new office (and let’s be real, also that outfit) we became full blown fans. Her collaboration with Tina Rich of Homepolish and Lulu & Georgia is an impossibly chic space that is still casual and inviting, like it’s encouraging you to foster innovation over a casual cup of coffee.
From Homepolish: Klossy’s new office space in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City got a major upgrade from Homepolish designer, Tina Rich and Lulu & Georgia. The office will serve as headquarters for Karlie’s business and nonprofit work, including her coding initiative Kode With Klossy and her YouTube channel Klossy.
The office space was designed in collaboration with a number of innovative and creative partners. Tina Rich of premier interior design service, Homepolish, played an integral role in the overall design of the space, creating an inviting, open and collaborative office environment. Lulu & Georgia provided the modern furniture and decor, including chic white chairs and sofas, a classic wooden conference table and a decorative rug with hues of light blue and green. Calico Wallpaper supplied the eye-catching bespoke wallpaper in the phone booth (that also doubles as a dressing room), Uprise Art provided all of the art in the space and Semihandmade was a key player in giving the kitchen a face lift.
"I’m excited to have a beautiful, collaborative new home for the Klossy team to continue to grow and build on Kode With Klossy’s work to inspire young women to pursue computer science," said Karlie Kloss. "I’m incredibly grateful for our talented partners, many of whom are led by female founders and entrepreneurs, who helped us bring our vision for the office space to life."
