One Of Our Favorite Sources For Inexpensive Art Just Landed At Target

Society6 has long been one of our favorite places to find eye-catching prints. The website allows artists to upload their own work and put it on everything from posters to duffle bags to coasters. Starting this week, however, there’s a new way to shop some of Society6’s most popular prints: at Target.

Launching with 40 of their best-sellers, the collection includes unframed and framed prints just in time for back-to-school shopping. But even if you’re not decorating a dorm, these could be just the right addition to your gallery wall. Even better, all the ready-framed options are on sale for as much as 25 percent off. The prints range from graphic and abstract to whimsical and nature-inspired, to somewhere in between (think: those giant zoomed-out shots of beaches and shorelines).

Check out the whole Society6 line here, and a few of our favorites below:

Ingrid Beddoe’s birds-eye views of shorelines look a bit abstract. You can also grab the prints in an unframed poster size for less, but this zoomed-out shot of choppy waters that are almost green and a serene shoreline thats almost pink will be a statement piece deserving of its own frame.

Blues and greens make this print as calming as it is fun. A solid pick for fans of Blue Planet or just cool palettes, this would also go well in a kid’s room (as would the smiling narwhal option, if you wanted to go with an easy diptych). As another bonus, not all of the framed prints are 25 percent off in the largest 30″x30″ size—but this one is.

Not on sale (but still a pretty inexpensive buy), this print has the added benefit of being able to go horizontal or vertical. The standard sizes make it easy to grab an equally inexpensive frame.
